Fr. Andrew served as Priest in Charge At All Saints from November 2014 until April 29, 2017 at which time he was installed as Rector. He was formerly Priest and Pastor at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and served as Chaplin to the Shrewsbury, Massachusetts Fire Department from 2013-2016. He holds degrees in Divinity and Pastoral Counseling from Yale University and History from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Most frequently mentioned in homilies, however, is his year as a cast member with Up With People and their travels through Europe in the 1983.
To call all persons to repentance and salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
To proclaim, preach and teach, with authority and conviction, the Good News of Jesus Christ, the Gospel of Life and Salvation, leading persons into a living faith and trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
To unite persons of Faith to the life, ministry, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ through the saving waters of Holy Baptism and to continually nourish this new life through Spirit-filled ministry, Christian fellowship, preaching, teaching and worship, and above all by partaking regularly of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in the Lord's Supper.
To enable persons, through Word and Sacrament, to become partakers in the very life of God: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
All Saints practices traditional Anglican worship on Sundays but also practices innovative (and fun) outreach activities to bring the Good News to the world beyond. Each spring the parish teams up with the Downtown Rutland Partnership and the Red Knights (fire service) motorcycle club for the annual Blessing of the Bikes and barbecue, pictured here.
